One of your direct reports has registered to take part in a leadership programme called Leading People - Coaching for Performance. This programme is focused on helping leaders to develop as coaches and to build the skills to have effective, regular conversations with their people. It is being delivered via two “face to face” workshops, each of which are 7.5 hours and one Action Learning Group 3 hour workshop.
We’re giving you a range of tools to make it easy for you to do a great job of coaching your direct report(s) as they apply the new approach to leading their team team. To ensure we answer any questions you may have on the content, please take the time to review these materials prior to your first phone call.
